so, after a long day at school, i was glad to be able to come home and relax. i sat in my room sipping coffee and enjoying some rather delicious cookies, when i suddenly realized that today is thursday. this means blog day. this means my day of relaxing was ruined. i am exagerating. enjoy.
this particular article happens to be about schools that are switching to a four day school week. students and teachers alike, around the world, are probably jumping for joy at the thought of attending school only four days a week, and i suppose it is a rather motivating idea. personally i would enjoy the benefits of this four day school week (and when i say "benefits" i am refering to the lack of schools presence:) and i believe that many of my fellow classmates would also be interested in the subject. we have been discussing and writing about this topic in my english class and considering that i am the world's greatest procrastinator, and put this blog off until the last minute, i decided that this would be the easiest and quickest way to complete my assignment:). after reading the article i realize that there are actually many benefits that come from shortening the school week. more time in class allows for more time to complete assignments and even one on one time to learn. i am curious to know if our school has given any thought to the matter? oh how i would enjoy a nice four day school week....
that is all.

well...personally...i think that barack obama is pretty rad (although brandi would disagree). pretty much i think that this article, and people in general are kind of blowing things out of proportion when it comes to obama. i mean seriously, he's just a guy running for president. if you pass out while he is giving a speech...then i don't know...maybe you should go see a doctor. after all, there are a lot of people who pass out occasionally and you never know when something serious could be wrong, so you may want to look into that. i'm just saying. and did anyone ever stop to think that maybe when someone refers to him as being a "savior" they are not actually implying that he is like Jesus or anyone, but rather that america has dug itself into such a crap hole that it may just take someone worthy of being referred to as a "savior" to pull it back out. this is just what i think, and what i think really does not matter or make a difference. however, if you (brandi litteral) leave some kind of sarcastic remark on here and tell me that i am stupid then i will have to drop kick you in the face :)
